ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Maryland parents made a pitch to Annapolis lawmakers Tuesday to create a virtual classroom where children would go online for lessons.
Public schoolteachers would be using computers to assist in their instruction and teachers would give instruction live over the Internet to students in their own homes, according to the bill. Read More…
